Mercury Fever Thermometers Replace Them!

Got an old mercury fever thermometer in the medicine cabinet? The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) says please replace it right away with one of the new digital types, and dispose of the old one properly.

Getting it Write

Lettering: You have several options in the area of lettering. You can use stencils to create letters from fabric, construction paper, oaktag, foam core, mat board, etc. Once finished, you can continually reuse these letters for different purposes. You can also spray paint stencil designs and letters onto your chosen surface, but remember they cannot be reused and your surface will be marked permanently. Educational classes and motivational contests are an excellent way to stimulate member interest and participation in your facility. By developing and offering instructional classes and motivational contests, you will assist members in pushing themselves to exercise, try new things and learn new skills.

While many fitness centers across the country provide the standard offering of wellness classes such as weight management, stress management, smoking cessation and healthy back, you may want to branch out and offer a wider variety of exciting classes and instruction.
