Herbed Wild Rice

Rice offers us B vitamins and roughage. Use a commercial herbed, brown or wild rice product.

(Not everything has to be from scratch!) These flavors compliment the fish dish nicely. You can prepare it earlier on top of the stove, so your oven is free for the fish.

Nutritional Information — 80 calories per 1/2 cup.
