There are times when we just need a pick me up and here are some suggestions that you could use to pull you out of the doldrums. Remember, not everyone is the same and not everything suggested will apply to you.
Listen to some music. Pick something that gets you moving. This is a good way to change your mood and maybe you will learn some new dance moves.
Take a class or maybe you have a specialty and you can teach one. See if you can help out at the local public school. “The mind is a terrible thing to waste.”
